After a record-breaking season 2, it is quite obvious for fans of Physical: 100 to wonder if season 3 of the South Korean variety show is on the cards.
With CrossFit enthusiast Amotti winning the ultimate title in season 2 of Physical: 100, the reality series dominated Netflix’s Global Top 10 Non-English TV Shows category with over 6.1 million views from 18 to 24 March 2024. Here’s everything we know about a possible season 3.

While Netflix is yet to make an official announcement as of 4 April 2024, the ending of Physical: 100 season 2 hints at its grand return.
The last episode of the show ends with a voiceover promising, “Our search for the perfect physique will continue,” as the screen focuses on one sculpted statue sitting among 99 others. The scene also features illustrations of athletes from multiple fields, including martial arts, wrestling, handball and martial arts, before revealing a final screen that read “Physical: 100 – Asia.”
Meanwhile, creator Jang Ho-gi has also talked about expanding the reality series outside Korea in a 2024 interview with The Korea Herald. He said, “Physical: 100 was an original Korean show. And we decided to cast foreign-born personalities who live in Korea and are able to communicate in Korean.”
He added that as a director, his “hope is for the series to develop on a bigger scale, allowing me to produce Physical: 100 in different countries and continents.”
When might Physical: 100 season 3 come out?
While it is challenging to guess an exact release date, Netflix released the previous seasons in the first quarter of the year — with season 1 dropping on 24 January 2023 and season 2 on 19 March 2024.
For season 3, fans can likely expect the streaming giant to go for a similar release schedule with season 3 in 2025.
